My stay at the hotel was just perfect. The rooms were so wonderful, warm, and had an amazing view of the beautiful Sapa mountains. They were also very welcoming and clean, with a comfortable bed and great amenities. The service was exceptional, with courteous and friendly staff always responsive and kind. The location couldn't be better, just a few steps from local attractions, restaurants, and shops. The dining experience was delightful, especially on the rooftop, offering a lot of choices with fantastic views. Overall, a great value for money with top-notch facilities.
I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The rooms were spacious and had a balcony overlooking the Fansipan Mountain, plus they provided tea, coffee, mineral water, and free wifi. However, there was a bit of mould starting to show, indicating the rooms are beginning to age.
